We can keep our wounds still green, or we can heal and move on. Our scars remind us that our past is real but we do not tear them open, we let them heal.

touch your chest. feel the heart beat. Is it there still? then you still have way more to celebrate and be more grateful than just crying and be sad. I , too, am still learning that now. It is tough, but it is not possible.

sometimes not confessing that we have the wound will make the wound unhealed. admit that you have the wound, it's the first step.
